A FOSS nevet is ekkor kapta a szerkezet, utalva a suhanó víz hangjára. A modelből 26 darab került legyártásra.

Gyors sikerek

A cég hamar sikeressé vált, s szivattyúit sokan keresték.

A Grundfos megszerezte az ISO 9001 minősítést, ezzel egyik első vállalatként nagy hangsúlyt fejlesztett a minőségbiztosításra, mely napjainkban is a cég egyik alapelve.

PumpStore UK - Grundfos Pumps

Source : http://goarticles.com/article/PumpStore-UK-Grundfos-Pumps/6261129/

The desire for man to build high into the sky has been a part of our existence for many thousands of years. Just think of structures such as the pyramids in Egypt, the Tower of Pisa in Italy, or the CIS building in Manchester. Tall buildings have been used to represent many things including political power and affluence; to honour statesmen or popular icons.

During the last couple of hundred years or so, however, a trend for a more practical aspect has been built into these high-rise projects. Tall buildings reflected the need to make the best possible use of a small area of land. The skyscraper was needed. Workforce, equipment, and information could now be centrally gathered, streamlining our processes and increasing effectiveness.

At Grundfos, their approach to working with pumps for commercial building services has similar characteristics: they are driven to provide the best possible results with the utmost in efficiency. Their pump experts engage themselves in creating solutions that stand tall in a bustling metropolis of tenders, contracts, and day-to-day operational issues.

The builders of these impressive skyscrapers obviously believe in this method, too. Grundfos is proud to be a major supplier to the consulting engineers, contractors, building owners, and users involved with tall buildings all over the world. Impressive amounts of pumping solutions in these constructions deploy Grundfos pumps and control technology equipment, by way of Multistage Vertical Pumps, in connection with sometimes borehole or submersible pumps.

You'll find their solutions in water supply, heating, air conditioning, pressure boosting, fire fighting, and wastewater applications. They are all created with a special focus on sustainability, where they strive to minimise their environmental impact as much as possible.

As we set our sights skyward once again, it can be seen that Grundfos solutions have been created in a mixture of tall buildings. The numerous solutions around the world are a testament to Grundfos' wide range, and a tribute to the dedication of the skilled individuals who made the buildings possible. They can be used wherever additional pressure is needed.

We at PumpStore know about pumps and we know about quality. For that reason we only deal with quality manufacturers and quality products. This make great business sense as it means we are not dealing with returns for faulty products, which costs money. We also maintain a happy customer base. And that good news for you.

Hot Water Recirculating Pump - No More Waiting For Hot Water

Are you tired of turning on the shower or sink faucet and waiting for hot water to emerge? Well, there is an easy solution. You can solve the problem by simply installing a hot water recirculating pump.

Some recirculating pumps have a thermostat that measures the temperature of the standing water in the pipeline. This measurement is made at the fixture that is furthest from the heater. When the temperature drops below a preset limit, the pump is activated and it pumps water from the heating unit into the line. At the same time the cooled standing water in the line is pumped through the cold line back to the heater. Through this recirculating loop, the pump will provide you with instant hot water whenever you need it.

This pump is electrically operated. It does not use much electricity, but energy will be wasted if it repeatedly turns on and off throughout the day and night. The energy wastage can be minimized in several ways. One way is to insulate your pipes. If your pipes are easily accessible, this can be done very cheaply. This will keep heat losses to a minimum, and reduce the frequency at which your recirculating pump will be activated.

Another solution is to add a timer to the pump. You can then set the timer to turn on the pump just prior to the time you wake up in the morning, and the time you return from work in the evening. In this way energy will be conserved, and hot water will be waiting at your faucet at the times that you need it most.
Grundfos makes pumps that operate in this way. These pumps are available with timers, and they can be simply spliced into the line immediately after it leaves the heater. These pumps range in price from $100 to $300.

Pumps made by Metlund and Chilipepper also use a recirculating loop, but solve the problem of energy wastage in a different way. These models are installed below your bathroom sink, and by simply pushing a button on the pump, hot water will be instantly supplied to all of your fixtures. With this system, the hot water recirculating pump is only activated on demand. This keeps energy usage to a minimum so that you do not need a timer.

The Metlund models sell for between $350 and $750. You can purchase the Chilipepper CP 6000 for $180. With a remote it sells for $216.

Grundfos instant hot water system

Having an instant hot water circulating system has so many advantages. The top two advantages are that it saves a lot of water and that you do not have to wait for water to be heated. Instant hot water systems also save a lot of water that would be wasted down the drain and saves a lot of energy. Another advantage is that it decreases the green house gasses that get released into the air. These gasses are the result of the energy that is used to process and pump the water and during sewage. There are many circulating system these days that would offer instant hot water. The most famous one of them is provided by Grundfos szivattyú.

People view the term “instant hot water” differently. Some people say that getting hot water after 1 or 2 seconds after opening the tap is instant hot water. Some say that it has to instant as soon as you open the tap. The sure thing is that there is always a waiting period for the hot water to arrive.  Grundfos szivattyú offer this type of hot water circulating systems.

The most common view of instant hot water is that it comes after one or two of seconds after opening the water tap. If you want to know how they work, Grundfos system for instance works by having the water circulate in an endless loop. This loop starts at the water heater outlet then passed at all the fixtures and then back to the water heater once again. This circulating system is the only way for the users to get near instant hot water.

Although this Grundfos circulating system might look like a great idea at first glance, but things change after looking closer. It has many disadvantages; the first one is that it consumes great amounts of energy. As this system uses a lot of energy to keep the whole system hot and to make sure that the water at the heater is as hot as it can be. If you think about it, the energy used to heat the water costs more than the water that is being heated.

The second disadvantage is that continues circulating systems is not compatible with water heaters that have no tanks. The problem here is that these kinds of water heaters will take a lot of time for the water to be heated, more than the traditional plumbing systems. If you can live with these two disadvantages, then Grundfos continues circulating systems is the best option for you.
